Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is effective for all vacations crafted by Dream Trip Planner Pvt Ltd from 01 January 2020.
General Information
Customers eligible for refunds will receive the refund amount within 60 working days from the date of cancellation or when the supplier(s) process the refund, whichever is later.
For refunds related to on-trip cancellations, customers will receive the refund amount within 30 working days from the date of their return or when the supplier(s) process the refund, whichever is later.

Refund Information
The refund amount is subject to change based on international exchange rates, refunds received from suppliers, and payments received from customers to date.
Flights
- Non-Refundable flights: Zero refund.
- Refundable flights: As per the product's “Cancellation Policy”.
- We are not responsible for grounded, cancelled, or delayed flights. Contact airlines directly.
- Ensure passport validity of at least 1 year; invalid passports are non-refundable.
- Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before boarding to avoid missed flights.
Hotels
- Non-Refundable hotels: Zero refund.
- Refundable hotels: As per the product’s “Cancellation Policy”.
- We are not liable for hotel service quality or staff behavior.
- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.
Activities
- On-trip activity cancellations: Zero refund.
- Cancellations 48+ hours in advance may be partially or fully refundable.
- Transfers must be cancelled 48+ hours in advance to be eligible for refund.
Visa & Insurance
- Visa fee is non-refundable if rejected.
- Embassy changes to visa rules are not our responsibility.
- Insurance is 100% non-refundable and subject to cancellation fee.
Cancellation Summary
- 35+ days before departure: 90% refund.
- 34–15 days: 60% refund.
- 14–8 days: 30% refund.
- 7–3 days: 10% refund.
- Flight refunds depend on airline policies.
Legal Information
Applicability of The Agreement
This agreement applies to all services provided by Dream Trip Planner Pvt Ltd. By using our services, you accept these terms.
We act as booking agents only. Services are "as is" and "as available".
Discontinue use if you disagree with any terms, and notify us in writing.
Force Majeure Circumstances
In unavoidable or exceptional situations, we will try to offer alternatives or refunds, depending on supplier support.
Technical failures: Refund issued minus cancellation fees, where applicable.
Our maximum liability is limited to the refund of received amounts only.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost baggage, or cancellations caused by natural events.
